Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zyron Intelligence marketing website at zyron.ai and any subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the Site only. Terms for custom AI system engagements are set in a Master Services Agreement ("MSA") between Zyron and the customer, not by this page.

1. Site content

Content on the Site — including the twelve application descriptions, the five technology diagrams, and all captions and copy — is provided for informational purposes. Application descriptions describe patterns Zyron builds; they are not off-the-shelf products. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or a binding proposal.

2. Outcome ranges

Outcome ranges published on the Applications page carry the tag "[typical range in category]" where they appear. These are not Zyron-specific outcome guarantees.

3. AI systems disclosure

Zyron builds and operates AI systems. AI systems, including systems Zyron builds, can produce inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise problematic outputs. Customer systems built by Zyron are engineered with retrieval grounding, citation requirements, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop escalation on regulated topics — see the Security & Trust page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or the runtime that operates behind it.
  • Scrape or extract the Site's content at a scale that degrades service for other visitors, or in violation of automated-access rules published in robots.txt.
  • Submit fraudulent inquiries, impersonate another person or organization, or use the Site's contact channels to distribute spam or malware.

5. Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party properties (dentflow.app, barberflow.app, Cal.com, and others). Zyron is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, its typography choices, the five diagrams, and the twelve application descriptions are owned by Zyron Intelligence and its licensors. You may quote or reference the Site with attribution; you may not reproduce the diagrams or the application descriptions as your own work.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZYRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYRON'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability under a signed MSA with Zyron is governed by that agreement, not by these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Zyron for any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

For customers or visitors in Brazil, the LGPD and applicable Brazilian consumer protection frameworks apply where legally required.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are effective on the "Effective date" shown at the top and notified via the site header for at least 30 days.
